    If you require a learning guide in a subject or course that is not listed in our database, please email us directly with more information about your requirements. We will do our best to provide you with a qualified educator.

  • QWhat do I need to attend a virtual session?

    You only need a laptop or desktop computer and high-speed internet access to attend the online meeting with your instructor. Other than that, you will need your study materials and any associated textbooks or information for the sessions.

  • QWhat if I feel that this is not the right fit?

    If during a lesson you feel that your chosen tutor is not the right fit for yourrequirements or personal educational needs, you can always use the end button to stop the call or virtual class.
    Please be aware that if you end the session within 5 minutes of starting, you will be charged for a minimum of 30 minutes. Since booking the tutor means they had to block their time for you, which they could have used for another student, they are due payment for their efforts.
