Our Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Service Cancellation
Parents or students may cancel tutoring services at any time by submitting a written cancellation request via email or the official communication channel. The cancellation will be effective from the date the request is received.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are issuedonly for unused and unconsumed sessions.
- Any tutoring sessions already conducted will be deducted at the per-session rate
- A 10% non-refundable service and administrative fee will be deducted from the total amount paid.
3. Refund Calculation Method
Refunds are calculated using the following formula:
- Total amount paid
- -Value of sessions already completed
- -10% service & administrative fee
- = Refundable amount
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Completed tutoring sessions arenon-refundable
- Missed sessions without proper notice are not eligible for refund
- Refunds are not issued for partial attendance or dissatisfaction after sessions have been delivered.
5. Notice for Session Cancellation
- Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ noticemay be marked as completed and will not be eligible for refund.
- Emergency exceptions may be considered at management discretion.
6. Refund Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via theoriginal payment methodwhenever possible.
- Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
7. Company-Initiated Cancellations
If tutoring services are discontinued by us due to unforeseen circumstances, a prorated refund for unused sessions will be provided after deducting the 10% service charge, unless otherwise specified.
8. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be communicated in advance and will apply only to future purchases.
9. Agreement to Policy
By enrolling in our tutoring services and completing payment, parents and students confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
